Assettrust Housing is a private company investing in affordable housing in England and Wales.

We work in partnership with RSLs, local authorities and other government agencies, developers, and property and service organisations to provide high quality, affordable, homes for rent or purchase under a shared ownership scheme by local people with housing needs. The homes that we own are managed by local RSLs on our behalf.

We do not use government grant to fund any of our schemes.

The Assettrust group of companies, which has substantial interests in the commercial and residential property markets, both as principal and as a provider of services through affiliates such as Hometrack. Assettrust sell all of their developments on a shared ownership basis from shares as low as 12.5% up to 75% on initial purchase with a subsidised rent payable on the remainder. You can buy more of the property after 1 year.
