Bromford Homes is a leading provider of shared ownership and New Build HomeBuy properties in Central England. In 2006/07, we sold over 340 homes and this year we are set to sell even more.

Shared ownership is a unique purchase scheme; you buy a share (usually with a mortgage and typically 50%) of a property and then pay a low monthly charge to Bromford on the remainder. If you wish, you can buy further shares in your property until you own it outright. It therefore presents a great opportunity for people with a regular income who wish to buy their own home, but who could not afford to do so through conventional methods and what's more, you don't necessarily need to find a deposit to buy one of our shared ownership properties'.

All our properties are brand new and built by reputable companies. They are also covered by an NHBC or equivalent 10-year building guarantee.

When you buy a home through Bromford, you can be assured of receiving the highest standards of service.
