Bromford Housing Group is a leading provider of shared ownership homes. In 2005/06, we sold 250 properties and this year, we are set to sell even more.

Shared ownership is a unique purchase scheme; you buy a share (usually with a mortgage and typically 50%) of a property and then pay a low monthly charge to Bromford on the remainder. If you wish, you can buy further shares in your property until you own it outright. It therefore presents a great opportunity for people with a regular income who wish to buy their own home, but who could not afford to do so through conventional methods.

All our properties are brand new and built by reputable companies. They are also covered by an NHBC or equivalent 10-year building guarantee.

When you buy a home through Bromford, you can be assured of receiving the highest standards of service. Our emphasis is very much on meeting the needs of our customers and making financial arrangements they are comfortable with.
