Croudace Limited has been operating as a building company since 1946 from a Head Office located in Caterham, Surrey. The Company has continued to expand in terms of the area of its operations and the number of houses built and has earned a reputation for providing quality homes throughout the South East of England. This long term commitment to the housing market has clearly established Croudace as a specialist company in the provision of housing for a broad range of customer needs and affordability.

Croudace remains a family owned company with a current annual sales turnover in the region of £80 million that is able to focus upon the fundamental objective of achieving profitability through meeting the needs and expectations of its customers.

In the 2002 National Customer Satisfaction Survey carried out by MORI Croudace achieved a maximum 3 Star rating in all 7 categories including design, build quality and meeting deadlines.

In recent years the quality of Croudace Homes developments has been recognised by What House magazine with awards for our development at Newbury in 2003 and the 'Vine' housetype as a family home in 2002; and by the Daily Mail in 2001 for landscaping quality at King George Gardens, Chichester.

During the course of all the Company's developments the performance of the site management team is assessed by NHBC inspectors to ensure quality standards are being maintained throughout the construction process and to select the best Site Managers for awards under the 'Pride in the Job' scheme. Croudace Site Manager's have received NHBC 'Pride in the Job' awards every year for the past four years and in 2003 two of our Site Managers received this coveted award.

We regularly review the design and range of houses we build to ensure that we cater for the changing and different needs of our purchasers and always welcome suggestions for improvements.
