Most recently known as PIC Homes Ltd, the company, headed by chairman Peter Cussins has re-branded using the familiar Cussins name, last used in 1999 when Cussins Property Group was sold to Miller Homes Ltd.

Cussins Ltd continues a long tradition of quality house-building, established by our distinctive Cussins marque in 1972, right through to the late 1990's, a period of time that saw Cussins Property Group build more than 15,000 properties throughout the region. Cussins Ltd is a company dedicated to combining superb home design with traditional craftsmanship and quality materials.

Cussins Ltd is managed by a highly experienced team comprising; Chairman Peter Cussins, Managing Director James Anderson, Construction Director John Anderson and Director Jabin Cussins.

Peter Cussins was founder and Chairman of Cussins Property Group Plc 1973-1999 and is currently Chairman of Cussins Ltd, and a Director of Regent Homes.

Jim Anderson has a background in quantity surveying and was Managing Director of Cussins Property Group Plc from 1991-1999 after having joined the company as a Director in 1977. Jim is currently Managing Director of Cussins Ltd and a Director of Regent Homes.

John Anderson joined Cussins Property Group in 1980 as Construction Manager and was Director of Cussins South from 1994 until 1999. John is currently Construction Director of Cussins Ltd.

Jabin Cussins worked as a land buyer for Persimmon Homes in London and the Home Counties and has an RICS approved honours degree in Housing Development. Jabin joined Cussins Ltd as a Director in 2002 and works primarily as a Land Buyer.
