About Family Mosaic Housing

Landmark Housing Association is a major player in the low cost home ownership market, currently managing some 1,000+ shared ownership homes, with another 800+ in development for delivery over the next two to three years. From its beginning as London Teacher's Housing Association in 1990, Landmark Housing Association has built a sound reputation for quality marketing and leasehold management services delivered by an experienced in-house team of affordable home ownership professionals.

While provision of housing for key workers has always been our prime focus, we have also developed strong working relationships in the boroughs in which we work, enabling us to meet the home ownership aspirations of many local residents. We provide home ownership opportunities across London, more recently expanding to Essex.

With the newly merged Family Mosaic as our parent body, of which we are a wholly owned subsidiary, Landmark is the leasehold specialist for the Group managing all aspects of the affordable home ownership service. Leasehold marketing and management sit within one team, giving Landmark a well rounded, balanced view of issues facing customers seeking home ownership, and those living in affordable leasehold properties.

Family Mosaic is one of the largest housing groups in the UK, providing homes and housing services to around 45,000 people in 20,000 homes across London and Essex.
