About Network Housing Group

Our members share an outward looking culture. This provides a platform that allows the Group to adapt to the rapid pace of change in the affordable housing sector. The work of the Group has grown and diversified significantly over the years. We now manage and own over 16,000 homes in London and the Home Counties. Network Housing Group is an exempt charity.

The structure of the Network Housing Group offers its members the freedom to retain real local control and local accountability by means of vesting decision making at a local organisational level. Group Members understand the importance of the emergent housing agenda, particularly in relation to sustainable community regeneration within diverse neighbourhoods.

The Network Housing Group has consistently demonstrated its ability to respond to new challenges with fresh ideas. The benefits of local control and accountability have driven the planned growth of the Group to our current membership of seven related organisations. As importantly, we possess the combined skills, resources and financial strength to deliver projects that will improve the lives of people in the areas where we develop and manage homes.
