This year Orion Homes are celebrating their 26th Year of building new homes in Yorkshire and much of their success is due to their constant awareness of purchasers needs and the changing market demands of a new home. When Orion Homes first began building in 1978, downstairs cloakrooms, utility rooms and en-suite bathrooms were not a requirement, whereas today Orion Homes include an en-suite to the master bedroom of even a 2 bedroom Kingfisher apartment - Proof that Orion Homes recognise that most households now need two bathrooms to make getting children to school and parents to work so much easier.

Orion Homes pay close attention to detail on both external and internal features and constantly strive to improve all aspects of their designs - from the PVCU fascia boardings and feature bay windows which have been a recent introduction, up to the fitting of cove moulding and recessed spotlights in the kitchen, bathroom, en-suite and cloakroom and power showers and heated towel rails on certain house types - all minor alterations which make a world of difference to the appearance of the property.

All Orion homes have a traditional construction being of brick and block construction with dry lined internal walls and built to the National House Building Council and Building Regulations standard.
