About Paradigm Housing

Paradigm Housing Group was established in April 1999 and provides a wide range of housing and related services throughout the South, East Midlands and across London. The Group includes Chiltern Hundreds Housing, Frays Charitable Housing Association and the commercial arm, Paradigm Homes.

Paradigm has Preferred Development Partner status with the Housing Corporation under the National Affordable Housing Programme.

240 customer focused staff manage over 10,000 homes with a further 1800 homes planned over the next two years. In addition to shared ownership, Paradigm's current housing portfolio contains a diverse mix of tenures including affordable rent, key worker housing, foyer accommodation, supported housing, private sale and private rent.
