Southern Housing Group are offering properties to rent under a scheme called Intermediate Market Rent (IMR). IMR is a government backed initiative and offers new build homes to rent at typically 80% (or less) of private rents. It is also known as Discounted Market Rent or Sub-Market Rent. IMR is open to people from all kind of backgrounds, as long as you don't own a property and meet affordability criteria (generally if you earn less than £60K per annum).
